If you are contacting us regarding a replacement part for Merit, AFV, or Tiger Models, please be advised of the following:

• We only supply replacement parts for kits that were purchased in North America. If the kit was purchased from overseas, you will have to contact the person that you bought the kit from.
• Replacement parts are only provided free of charge if the kit was defective. This means that the part was missing or malformed in the molding process. If the part was damaged during the build process, we would advise you to purchase another kit or we can try to get the part in and you will be responsible for the shipping charge.
• In order for us to replace your part, we will need you to snail mail us a letter stating the part needed and the kit it is for, along with a copy of the receipt. All requests without a receipt will not be answered.
• Replacement parts can sometimes take as long as a year to get in. This is due to the fact that not all kits are currently in production. We always do our best to get parts in a timely manner, but we are at the mercy of the manufacturers availability overseas.
